中西伦理比较研究的模式有三种:多元共存、调和吸纳和挞伐排斥。这三种模式体现出比较研究中的几个两难问题:比较研究的公正原则是否可能——个人立场与公正原则的互峙;全面地看问题能否做到——全面与部分的辩证;统一的比较标准可否建立——相对统一中的绝对统一;类比法的价值何在——言与意的比附与错位。比较伦理学的研究必须解决这些两难问题。
There are three modes of comparative study of Chinese and Western ethics: pluralism, reconciliation and rejection. These three models reflect several dilemmas in comparative research: is it possible to compare the principles of fairness - the mutual standpoint of individual position and fairness principle; a comprehensive view of whether the problem can be accomplished - the comprehensive and partial dialectic; the unification The establishment of the comparative standard can be established - the relative unity of the absolute unity; what is the value of the analogy - the ratio between words and meaning and dislocation. Comparative ethics research must address these dilemmas.
