[本刊讯]国家计委、林业部、黑龙江省人民政府联合设立森林防火灭火研究开发基金。其目的是,促进我国森林防火灭火科学研究事业的发展,调动全国有关的科研单位、大专院校和工厂企业参加森林防火灭火研究的积极性。资金来源由国家计委、林业部及黑龙江省人民政府联合投资,三家从1988年起每年各出200万元,连续五年共计3000万元。这项基金现阶段主要用于大兴安岭林火的预防和扑救系统的研究。以大兴安岭林区十八站为综合实验场,取得经验后再向全国各林区推广。
[Our News] State Planning Commission, Ministry of Forestry, Heilongjiang Provincial People’s Government jointly set up a forest fire prevention and fire research and development fund. Its purpose is to promote the development of China’s scientific research on forest fire prevention and firefighting and mobilize the enthusiasm of relevant scientific research institutes, tertiary institutions and factories and enterprises in participating in the study of fire prevention and fire prevention in forests.
