近些年来,我国地方煤矿存在着基础薄弱和建矿历史短的问题,导致地方煤矿的机电管理出现了不能平衡开展标准化工作、职能部门作用不力、技术管理落后、培训注重形式、职工队伍素质比较低以及设备管理不全面等等问题。因此,必须要提升煤矿的机电管理水平,从基础工作着手,坚持因矿制宜的原则,建立健全机电管理的机构,从本质上抓好质量标准化的工作,对煤矿企业的规章制度进行认真落实,做好煤矿企业机电设备综合管理工作,将机电管理自身的在重点突出出来,着重提升机电队伍的综合素质,本文中,笔者就对煤矿机电管理存在的问题及对策进行浅谈。
