排沙器是利用风洞研究土壤风蚀问题时的重要装置。为此,针对0FDY-1.2可移动式风蚀风洞设计了排沙器,通过试验确定排沙器最小排沙量为0.53g/s。通过排沙器排沙一致性和排沙稳定性试验得出,其变异系数分别在3.65%~6.68%和3.52%~8.67%的范围内。同时,探索了排沙量在风洞流场内的分布均匀性情况,发现在风洞试验段入口6m风洞中央位置趋于风洞壁面处输沙量有减少的趋势。
Sand trap is an important device when using wind tunnel to study soil wind erosion. For this reason, a sand trap was designed for the 0FDY-1.2 movable wind-induced wind tunnel, and the minimum sediment discharge of the sand trap was 0.53 g / s. Through the sediment discharge consistency and sediment discharge stability test, the coefficient of variation of the sediment was 3.65% ~ 6.68% and 3.52% ~ 8.67%, respectively. At the same time, the distribution of sediment discharge in the flow field of wind tunnel is explored. It is found that the sediment discharge tends to decrease at the wind tunnel wall at the center of 6m wind tunnel at the entrance of wind tunnel test section.
