通过近几年来的努力工作,我区卫生院扭亏增盈取得了较好成绩。全区183所卫生院由1992年亏损35所,下降到1995年的13所。但由于部分乡镇政府财政对卫生事业投入不足,加之补偿机制不完善,内部机制运行不好等一系列的因素;使得部分刚刚摆脱亏损的卫生院又重返亏损。上高县塔下乡卫生院便是一例,笔者带着这一问题对该院进行了调查。现就其基本情况,存在的主要问题以及对策略述浅见,供同道参考。
Through hard work in recent years, our hospital has achieved better results by turning losses into losses. The 183 health centers in the region fell from 35 in 1992 to 13 in 1995. However, due to the insufficient investment of some township and township governments in the health sector, coupled with the imperfect compensation mechanism and poor internal mechanism, a number of health care institutions have just regained their losses. The Taigao Township Health Center in Shanggao County is an example. The author investigated the hospital with this issue. The basic situation, existing problems, and strategies are briefly discussed for reference.
