拥有一群专业能力强、专业素质高的优秀教师群体是学校跨越发展的关键。随着课程改革的深入,教师专业发展问题成为学校关注的焦点,也成为众多学者专家的研究对象。越来越多的研究证明,在影响教师专业发展的众多因素中,学校组织的影响至关重要。建立什么样的学校组织结构和文化,才能更有利于教师专业发展和成长,本文基于苏州高新区第二中学教师专业发展的个案实践,探讨学校组织结构的变革,对提升学校管理品位和教师专业水平的意义。
