一、前言在电渗析隔板的设计加工中,目前都比较注意隔板框和隔板网的配比、隔板网的几何形状、网的放置形式、隔板的厚薄均匀度和平整度等,以提高膜堆和层间配水均匀度,增加隔板网的湍动效果,降低水头损失,提高脱盐率。当隔板定型后,其加工质量是关系到能否达到设计效果的重要因素。本文通过计算国产的几种主要隔板填充网对隔室流道过水横截面的屏蔽率和推导层间流速公式,提出电渗析装置隔板加工中应注意的几个问题。
I. INTRODUCTION In the design and processing of electrodialysis separators, attention has been paid to the ratio of separators and separators, the geometry of separators, the placement of nets, the uniformity of the thickness of the separators, and evenness.
