依法治国,作为基本战略,要求各级政府依法行政是重要内容。我国各级政府必须根据法律法规的规定设立,同时在行政管理活动中依法有效控制我国行政费用过高、增长过快的现象,构建节约型政府。
Governing the country according to law, as a basic strategy, requires that administration by all levels of government according to law be an important element.
