探讨骨肿瘤切除后人工假体置换术并发症原因和预防。方法 :对 41例骨肿瘤术后假体置换病人并发症进行分析和随访。结果 :随访 39例 ,出现并发症 1 3例 ,占 33 % ,有术后复发、感染、假体松动、关节功能障碍。结论 :一部分并发症是可以预防的。
To investigate the causes and prevention of complication of artificial prosthesis replacement after bone tumor resection. Methods: The complications of 41 patients with bone tumor after prosthesis replacement were analyzed and followed up. Results: Follow-up was performed in 39 cases. Thirteen cases (33%) had complications, with postoperative recurrence, infection, loosening of prosthesis and joint dysfunction. Conclusion: Some complications are preventable.
