脑胶质瘤占颅内肿瘤的近一半,因其大多呈浸润性生长,手术效果不佳,往往需要放疗辅助。间质内放疗自上世纪初出现以来,随医疗设备的不断革新而飞速发展。尤其20世纪80年代以后,125I籽粒以其对脑胶质瘤的良好疗效在国外得到大量应用,部分取代了常规外放射治疗,成为脑胶质瘤的重要治疗手段。本文对125I籽粒治疗脑胶质瘤的研究进展作一综述。
Glioma accounts for nearly half of intracranial tumors, mostly invasive growth, poor surgical results, often require radiotherapy assistance. Since the advent of interstitial radiotherapy since the beginning of the last century, with the rapid development of medical equipment and rapid innovation. Especially since the 1980s, 125I seeds have been widely used abroad for its good curative effect on glioma, partly replacing conventional external radiotherapy and becoming an important treatment for glioma. This article reviewed the progress of 125I seed treatment of glioma.
