国家禁止私人开办金融机构近年来,随着金融体制的不断发展,私人金融机构最先在试验区温州出现,后来全国各地都相继出现了一批“私人钱庄”、“信用服务社”、“典当”等私人金融机构,这些机构的建立方便了私营业主和个体户。但由于这些私人金融机构风险大、管理混乱,而且贷款投向亦有问题,因此政府最近作出决定,禁止私人设立金融机构、办理金融业务,对已经开业的一律清理整顿和撤销。
