目的:研究乳香提取物的化学成分。方法:超临界萃取乳香有效部位,采用硅胶柱层析,制备薄层层析等色谱方法,分离乳香提取物的化学成分。采用四甲基偶氮唑蓝(MTT)法观察化合物3、4对肿瘤细胞的抑制增殖作用。结果:分离得到9个化合物,经波谱方法鉴定为西松烯A(1),verticilla-4(20),7,11-triene(2),11-羰基-β-乙酰乳香酸(3),3-羰基-甘遂烷-8,24-二烯-21-酸(4),花生酸(5),棕榈酸(6),硬脂酸(7),1,2-二羟基十九酮-3(8),单棕榈酸甘油酯(9)。结论:化合物7~9为首次从该属植物中分离得到。化合物3对Bel-7402细胞有抑制增值作用,化合物4对MCF-7,SMMC-7721,K562,Hela细胞有抑制增殖作用。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Frankincense extract. Methods: The effective fractions of Boswellia carterii were extracted by supercritical fluid. Silica gel column chromatography was used to prepare the chemical constituents of Boswellia serrata extract by TLC. The inhibitory and proliferative effects of compounds 3 and 4 on tumor cells were observed by MTT assay. Results: Nine compounds were isolated and identified by spectroscopy as ciclopirox A (1), verticilla-4 (20), 7,11-triene (2), 11-carbonyl-β-acetolactate (4), arachidic acid (5), palmitic acid (6), stearic acid (7), 1,2-dihydroxyheptadecanone- 3 (8), monopalmitin (9). Conclusion: Compounds 7-9 are isolated from this genus for the first time. Compound 3 can inhibit the proliferation of Bel-7402 cells, and compound 4 can inhibit the proliferation of MCF-7, SMMC-7721, K562 and Hela cells.
