漏钢预报系统属于高效连铸生产的关键工艺和装备。镭目公司从连铸漏钢预报工程技术实际出发,总结影响漏钢预报系统预报准确率的原因,开发了一种高准确率漏钢预报系统。多家钢厂采用RAMON漏钢预报系统后证明,本系统从判断漏钢到输出拉速信号的响应时间≤0.5s,漏钢检测的准确率≥95%,报警输出率≥99%。
Breakout forecasting system is the key process and equipment for efficient continuous casting. Based on the actual engineering practice of continuous casting and breakout forecasting, Raome Company summarized the reasons that affect the forecast accuracy of breakout forecasting system and developed a high accuracy breakout forecasting system. A number of mills using RAMON breakout forecasting system proved that the system from the judgment of breakout to the output pull-speed signal response time ≤ 0.5s, breakout detection accuracy ≥ 95%, the alarm output rate ≥ 99%.
