目的探讨血液净化患者内瘘穿刺后针眼处贴创可贴对止血及防渗血的效果。方法收集我院2014年1月~2015年1月的57例血液净化患者，动静脉穿刺后立即用创可贴贴针眼处，观察患者感染发生及渗血情况。结果57例患者动静脉内瘘保持良好，无感染。96.4%患者透析过程中无渗血。结论动静脉穿刺后针眼处贴创可贴可较好的预防透析过程中渗血，预防内瘘感染，延长透析患者动静脉内瘘使用时间。“,”Objective To explore the ef ect of pasting band-aid and preventing er hysis for acupuncture point with blood purification patients. Methods From 2014.1 to 2015.1, 57 cases blood purification patients in our hospital were selected, pasting band-aid at the acupuncture point, observing weather the infection or er hysis would happen. Results Internal arteriovenous fistulas of al 57 cases maintain wel , there was no infection, and rate of no er hysis was 96.4%. Conclusion Pasting band-aid after acupuncture point with blood purification patients could prevent wel from er hysis and infection during dialysis, to prolong the life time of the dialysis in patients with arteriovenous fistula.
