目的观察疏肝止痛片联合复方阿嗪米特肠溶片、马来酸曲美布丁片治疗胆囊切除术后功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法 2010年1～12月我院门诊因胆囊切除术后功能性消化不良患者112例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组用疏肝止痛片联合复方阿嗪米特与马来酸曲美布丁治疗;对照组用复方阿嗪米特与马来酸曲美布丁治疗,比较两组的临床疗效与不良反应。结果临床总有效率,观察组为91.07%,对照组为73.21%,观察组的临床效果显著优于对照组,两组结果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药疏肝止痛片联合复方阿嗪米特与马来酸曲美布丁治疗胆囊切除术后功能性消化不良具有显著的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Shugan Zhitong Tablet combined with compound azinamid enteric-coated tablets and trimebutine maleate tablets in the treatment of functional dyspepsia after cholecystectomy. Methods From January to December 2010, 112 outpatients with functional dyspepsia after cholecystectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with Shugan Zhitong Tablet combined with compound azinamide and maleate The United States pudding treatment; the control group with compound azinint and trimebutine maleate treatment, the two groups were compared the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions. Results The total clinical effective rate was 91.07% in the observation group and 73.21% in the control group. The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Shuganzhitong tablet combined with compound azinamide and trimebutine maleate in the treatment of functional dyspepsia after cholecystectomy has a significant clinical effect.
