社会全面转型中最深刻的转型是传统人向现代人的转型。在新疆地区,少数民族大学生是在这一转型中应受到关注的一个群体。文章在分析当前新疆少数民族大学生人格中存在的一些缺陷的基础上,探讨少数民族大学生应该具备的现代人格特征及其培养途径。
The most profound transformation in the comprehensive social transformation is the transformation from traditional people to modern people. In Xinjiang, college students from ethnic minorities are a group that should receive attention in this transformation. Based on the analysis of some defects existing in the personality of Xinjiang Minority College Students, the article probes into the modern personality characteristics and ways of cultivation that minority college students should have.
