通过失重法测试了不同浓度的苯并咪唑类化合物(BMAT)在5%HCl中对316L.不锈钢的缓蚀率,探讨其吸附规律符合Frumkin吸附等温式.通过温度对腐蚀率的影响计算表观活化能与吸附热,推断缓蚀机理为化学吸附.极化曲线测试表明.缓蚀剂属阴极为主的阴阳极混合型.
Different concentrations of benzimidazoles (BMATs) were tested for the determination of 316L in 5% HCl by weight loss method. Corrosion inhibition rate of stainless steel to explore its adsorption law in line with Frumkin adsorption isotherm. Through the influence of temperature on the corrosion rate, the apparent activation energy and heat of adsorption were calculated, and the corrosion inhibition mechanism was deduced as chemisorption. Polarization curve test shows. Corrosion inhibitor is a cathodic cathode mixed anode and cathode.
