教育部决定从2010年起首次设立内地西藏中职班,首批共3000人,逐年增加。队伍日益庞大的中职西藏生与内地的职高生一样,面临着严峻的就业问题。我校是宁波市首个设立西藏班的学校,自从接收西藏生之后,我们便思考如何对西藏学生开展“职业生涯规划”教育,期望通过系统有效的辅导教育,使他们回藏之后能够准确地定位自己的职业,找到符合专业特长和自身特点的职业岗位。
The Ministry of Education decided to set up the secondary vocational education class in the interior of Tibet for the first time since 2010, the first batch of 3,000 people, increasing year by year. The increasingly large number of Tibetan middlemen with job opportunities face the same serious employment problems as their counterparts in the Mainland. Our school is the first school in Ningbo to set up a Tibetan class. Since receiving Tibet students, we have been thinking about how to educate Tibetans about “career planning”. We hope that through systematic and effective counseling education, they will be able to Accurately locate their own occupation, to find professional expertise and their own characteristics of the job post.
