目的:研究和评介更昔洛韦眼凝胶治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的临床效果。方法:选取247例病例,分为对照组和实验组观察治愈率和疗程。结果:更昔洛韦眼凝胶治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎疗效确切、疗效短。结论:可以做为治疗单纯疱疹性角膜炎的基本药物。
Objective: To study and evaluate the clinical effect of ganciclovir eye gel in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis. Methods: 247 cases were selected and divided into control group and experimental group to observe the cure rate and course of treatment. Results: Ganciclovir eye gel treatment of herpes simplex keratitis curative effect is short, curative effect is short. Conclusion: It can be used as the basic medicine for the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis.
