目的探讨反复呼吸道感染(RRI)的运动障碍患儿免疫功能的相关因素,为降低运动障碍患儿康复期间RRI的发病率,更好地促进运动障碍患儿的综合康复。方法收集郑州儿童医院康复医学科收治的80例运动障碍患儿临床资料,其中40例康复治疗期间RRI的患儿为RRI组,40例为同期进行康复治疗的运动障碍患儿为对照组,将两组分别进行维生素A、25-(OH)D3、无机元素(铁、锌、钙、铜、镁、铅)、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgM、IgG)测定。结果 RRI患儿其体内维生素A(0.92±0.38vs 1.24±0.35)、25-(OH)D3(24.7±5.2vs 28.1±6.8)、锌(28.96±6.06vs 44.68±8.70)、铁(7.09±0.87vs 8.25±1.14)、钙(1.31±0.12vs 1.83±0.26)含量都明显低于对照组患儿;RRI患儿血清IgA(0.48±0.11vs1.32±0.25)、IgM(0.88±0.19vs 1.51±0.32)显著低于对照组,IgG水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论运动障碍患儿康复治疗期间出现RRI,可能与维生素AD、锌、铁、钙的缺乏、体液免疫低下有关,定期加强相关因素的监测,适当给予相关因素异常的处理,能增强运动障碍患儿机体的抵抗力,降低RRI的发病率,缩短康复疗程,提高康复疗效。
Objective To investigate the related factors of immune function in children with dyskinesia of recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRI), and to reduce the incidence of RRI during rehabilitation in children with dyskinesia and to promote the comprehensive rehabilitation of children with dyskinesia. Methods The clinical data of 80 children with dyskinesia collected from Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Zhengzhou Children’s Hospital were collected. Among them, 40 children with RRI during rehabilitation were in RRI group and 40 children with dyskinesia who were in rehabilitation treatment during the same period were control group. The levels of vitamin A, 25- (OH) D3, inorganic elements (iron, zinc, calcium, copper, magnesium, lead) and immunoglobulin (IgA, IgM, IgG) were measured in the two groups. Results In children with RRI, the levels of vitamin A (0.92 ± 0.38vs 1.24 ± 0.35), 25- (OH) D3 (24.7 ± 5.2 vs 28.1 ± 6.8), zinc (28.96 ± 6.06 vs 44.68 ± 8.70) and iron (7.09 ± 0.87 vs 8.25 ± 1.14), and calcium (1.31 ± 0.12 vs 1.83 ± 0.26) in children with RRI were significantly lower than those in the control group. Serum IgA (0.48 ± 0.11 vs 1.32 ± 0.25), IgM (0.88 ± 0.19 vs 1.51 ± 0.32) was significantly lower than the control group, IgG levels compared with the control group, no significant difference. Conclusion The RRI during rehabilitation in children with dyskinesia may be related to the deficiency of vitamin AD, zinc, iron and calcium, and low humoral immunity. It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of related factors and properly handle the abnormal factors, which can enhance the children with dyskinesia The body’s resistance, reduce the incidence of RRI, shorten the rehabilitation process, improve rehabilitation.
