目的探讨口腔修复膜材料在牙种植中引导骨再生的效应。方法选择2012年1月~2013年1月我院收治的接受牙种植再生患者60例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各30例。对照组选择钛膜作为修复膜材料,观察组选择海奥口腔修复膜作为修复膜材料,对比两组患者的治疗成功率和不良反应。结果观察组治疗成功率明显高于对照组,且不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨厚度和植骨厚度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用引导性骨再生技术辅助牙种植手术,可帮助牙缺失部位促进牙骨组织的再生长,并且采用海奥修复膜进行牙缺失修复具有显著的疗效,可作为引导性骨再生技术的修复膜材料,具有良好的安全性与有效性。
Objective To investigate the effect of oral repair of membrane materials in guiding the regeneration of bone in dental implants. Methods Sixty patients admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013 were enrolled in this study. All patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. In the control group, the titanium membrane was selected as the repair membrane material, and the observation group was selected as the repair membrane material. The success rate and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The success rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of control group (P <0.05). The bone thickness and thickness of bone graft in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Guided bone regeneration assisted dental implants can help the missing parts of the tooth to promote the growth of the bone tissue. It also has a significant curative effect in the repair of dental defects with the sea oval repair, which can be used as the repair film of the guided bone regeneration technique Material, with good safety and effectiveness.
