随着素质教育的深入开展,学校在强调学科教学对学生素质培养的同时,也逐渐重视班主任队伍建设中隐性德育思想的渗透。在具体的渗透过程中,要注重提高班主任的道德素养,正确处理好显性德育与隐性德育的关系,运用科学有效的管理方法,提高隐性德育的实效性。从隐性德育思想的概念和功能展开分析,探讨了在班主任队伍建设中渗透隐性德育思想的具体策略。
Along with the in-depth development of quality education, while emphasizing subject teaching to students’ quality cultivation, the school gradually attaches importance to infiltration of the hidden moral education thought in the team building of class teacher. In the process of concrete infiltration, attention should be paid to improving the class teacher’s moral quality, correctly handling the relationship between explicit moral education and hidden moral education, and using scientific and effective management methods to improve the effectiveness of hidden moral education. Analyzed from the concept and function of tacit moral education thought, discussed the concrete tactics of infiltrating hidden moral education thought in the construction of class teacher.
