当前,警察教育职业化是我国警察教育工作的主要方向,教育环节是警察工作有效开展的前提和保障,警察教育职业化已是大势所趋。警察职业化其内涵相当宽泛,不仅仅是知识技能化这么简单,而应将其内涵充分伸展,通过全新的教育方法,将警察职业素养教育与专业技能教育有机结合,从而提升警察的综合素质,培养复合型警察人才。警察职业化教育应立足我国公安工作的需要,确保公安队伍政治素质过硬,思想水平高超,专业技能和职业素养一样扎实。
At present, the professionalization of police education is the main direction of police education in our country.
