直立性循环综合症不但能引起功能性障碍,而且可导致心肌或脑血管的并发症。本文报道用双氢麦角胺治疗α-甲基多巴、胍生、苄甲胍等降压药所致的直立性低血压。方法:20例高血压病人(男13例,女7例),年龄16～57岁,其中16例为严重高血压(舒张压100～130毫米汞柱,眼底Ⅱ°～Ⅲ°,心电图示左心室劳损),4例为恶性高血压(舒张压在130毫米汞柱以上,眼底Ⅳ°)。按病因分,8例为原发性高血压,12例为继发性高血压(慢性肾小球肾炎5例,慢性间质性肾炎5例,多囊肾和肾血管性高血压各1例)。
Erectile cycle syndrome can cause not only functional disorders, but also lead to myocardial or cerebrovascular complications. This article reports the use of dihydroergotamine treatment of orthostatic hypotension caused by antihypertensive drugs such as α-methyl dopa, guanidine, benzyl guanidine. Methods: Twenty hypertensive patients (13 males and 7 females) aged 16-57 years were included. Among them, 16 were severe hypertension (diastolic blood pressure 100 ~ 130 mmHg, fundus Ⅱ ° ~ Ⅲ °, ECG left Ventricular strain), 4 cases of malignant hypertension (diastolic blood pressure above 130 mmHg, fundus Ⅳ °). Etiological factors, 8 cases of essential hypertension, 12 cases of secondary hypertension (chronic glomerulonephritis in 5 cases, 5 cases of chronic interstitial nephritis, polycystic kidney disease and renal vascular hypertension in 1 case ).
