民主集中制是党的根本组织制度和领导制度。这一制度能否得到有效的贯彻执行,是关系到能否保持党的先进性和巩固党的执政地位的重大理论和现实问题。特别是在改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济的大环境下,研究当前党内贯彻民主集中制存在的问题及对策,对于发展民主集中制的理论、健全民主集中制的制度、防止民主集中制流于形式、巩固党的组织和保证党的正确领导,具有重要的理论意义和实际意义。
Democratic centralism is the party’s fundamental organizational system and leadership system.
