1988年10月,我国高速公路实现零突破;1989年,我国第一家承担高速公路建设经营的公路经营企业——佛开高速公路有限责任公司成立;1996年8月15日,广东省高速公路发展股份有限公司率先发行B股上市;同年11月13日,安徽皖通高速公路股份有限公司发行H股上市;截止2005年8月,我国上市的公路经营企业已有19家。按照2004年12月正式实施的《国家高速公路网规划》方案,我国将在未来30年耗资2万亿元修建高速公路,届时将建成总里程
October 1988, China’s highway to achieve zero breakthrough; in 1989, China’s first highway construction company undertaking highway construction - Fokai Expressway Co., Ltd. was established; August 15, 1996, the Guangdong Provincial Expressway Development Co., Ltd. took the lead in issuing B-shares; on November 13 of the same year, Anhui Expressway Co., Ltd. issued shares of H-share; as of August 2005, there were 19 listed highway operators in China. According to the plan of “National Highway Network Planning” formally implemented in December 2004, China will spend 2 trillion yuan to build the expressway in the next 30 years, and will construct a total mileage of
