病牛沙门氏菌(S.bovis morbificans)在国内最早报告于东北,系由健康带菌人分离出来的。根据我们所见之文献,国内尚无有关该菌引起之食物中毒之报告。1962年3月于乌鲁木齐某汽车修配厂,因食用凉拌肉而发生集团性食物中毒214人。根据流行病学特点,临床表现及实验室检查结果,确属病牛沙门氏菌所引起。现将此次食物中毒的发生经过及调查结果报告如下:食物中毒经过1961年冬季该厂从乌鲁木齐南山猎获一百余只野羊、野牛、鹿等,剥皮后用汽车拉回,储存于食品库房。1962年3月初将其大块肉刮掉,盐醃于缸内。所剩之连骨肉约50余斤堆于库房地上20多天,准备食
