公民参与是反腐败的治本之策,也是世界各国反腐败的大势所趋,随着我国反腐倡廉建设的深入推进,以公民参与推动反腐败的重要性和迫切性日益显现。我国警察廉政建设在有效吸纳公民参与方面已经进行了初步的探索和实践,但还存在诸多问题。博弈论是社会科学的一种基本方法,用博弈论的基本理论分析这些问题存在的原因,能够为完善公民参与警察反腐败机制提供一种新的思路,推动公民参与警察反腐败的法治化、规范化。
Citizen participation is the root cause of anti-corruption and the general trend of anti-corruption in all countries in the world. With the deepening anti-corruption campaign and building a clean government in our country, the importance and urgency of promoting anti-corruption through citizen participation have become increasingly apparent. The construction of a clean and honest government in our country has carried out preliminary exploration and practice in effectively absorbing citizens’ participation. However, there are still many problems. Game theory is a basic method of social science. Using the basic theory of game theory to analyze the reasons for the existence of these problems, it can provide a new way for citizens to participate in police anti-corruption mechanisms, encourage citizens to participate in the legalization of police against corruption, Standardization.
