目的:研究新型钙增敏剂MCI—154对失血性休克大鼠的治疗效果,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法:利用大鼠失血性休克模型,设立MCI—154治疗组和生理盐水对照组,检测血气分析、血液生化指标和动物存活率。结果:治疗组的血气分析指标和动物存活率均非常显著高于对照组,血浆CK-MB、ALT、LDH、β—G、MDA和乳酸等指标均非常显著低于对照组。结论:MCI—154可减轻失血性休克大鼠的细胞损伤,改善全身代谢,减轻酸碱平衡紊乱程度,提高大鼠的存活率,对失血性休克有较好的治疗作用。(摘要共208字)
Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of MCI-154, a new calcium sensitizer, on hemorrhagic shock rats and provide experimental basis for its clinical application. Methods: The model of hemorrhagic shock in rats was established. MCI-154 treatment group and saline control group were established. Blood gas analysis, blood biochemical indexes and animal survival rate were detected. Results: The blood gas analysis index and the animal survival rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The indexes such as CK-MB, ALT, LDH, β-G, MDA and lactic acid in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group. Conclusion: MCI-154 can alleviate the injury of hemorrhagic shock rats, improve the metabolism of the whole body, alleviate the disturbance of acid-base balance, improve the survival rate of rats, and have a good therapeutic effect on hemorrhagic shock.
