为了提高冷作模具的使用寿命，研制了新型冷作模具钢JK2（7Cr5Mo3SiV）。试验结果表明，该钢具有较高的强韧性，抗压强度与Cr12钢和高速钢相近，而抗弯强度和冲击韧性则优于Cr12钢和高速钢。
In order to improve the service life of cold die, developed a new cold die steel JK2 (7Cr5Mo3SiV). The test results show that the steel has high strength and toughness, compressive strength and Cr12 steel and high speed steel similar, but the bending strength and impact toughness is better than Cr12 steel and high speed steel.
