随着起搏技术的发展,植入电子器械装置患者不断增加,术后随访尤为重要,近年来具有远程监测功能的起搏装置不断应用于临床,成为常规门诊随访的有效补充手段。远程监测系统能够对病人持续有效的监测,每天自动传输起搏器诊断数据,或事件引发的报警信息,可以及时发现两次随访间期起搏系统异常及临床相关事件,特别是无症状事件,指导对患者进行早期临床干预,保证患者的安全,可优化复杂病人的管理,减少稳定病人频繁随访的成本和负担。
