人才质量的培养，主要取决于培养规格方案的合理、完善。因为培养方案是社会对培养人才质量的要求在教育教学活动中的集中体现，直接关系到培养目标和人才质量的实现。因此，深化高等师专体育教学改革，首先应抓好培养规格方案的制定，即保证课程体系的改革，使培养规格方案具有师范特点，有较强的针对性、适应性、社会性和科学性。
Talent quality training, mainly depends on the training program specifications reasonable and perfect.
