目的 探讨肾病综合症患儿血清和尿中锌、铜、铁的含量。方法 对 5 4例健康儿童 (正常对照组 )和44例肾病综合症患儿血清和尿中的锌、铜、铁含量采用原子吸收分光光度法进行含量分析。结果 肾病综合症患儿血清锌、铜均低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血清铁较低于正常对照组 ,但无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;尿中锌、铜、铁均高于正常组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,有显著性差异。结论 血清及尿中锌、铜、铁含量的变化与肾病综合症有关
Objective To investigate the contents of zinc, copper and iron in serum and urine of children with nephrotic syndrome. Methods The content of zinc, copper and iron in serum and urine of 54 healthy children (normal control group) and 44 nephrotic syndrome children were analyzed by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results Serum zinc and copper in children with nephrotic syndrome were lower than those in normal control group (P <0.05), and serum iron was lower than that in normal control group, but no significant difference (P> 0.05) Zinc, copper, iron were higher than the normal group (P <0. 05), there was a significant difference. Conclusion Serum and urine zinc, copper, iron content changes and nephrotic syndrome
