本文应用美国Cromemco System two微型计算机,建立了神经元放电的微机处理系统。该系统可进行联机(on Line Processing)或脱机(offline Processing)处理。微电极引导的神经元放电经放大,分别输给示波器、监听器、磁带数据记录仪,并经我们设计制做的接口线路板输给微型计算机D+7A 输入输出8位并行数字接口板,自编程序循环监测数字输入口第3位(采样周期0.1ms),将每一个放电的时间存入内存,完成预定采样时间后,程序自动屏幕显示实验结果。连续进行十个系列采样之后,将原始结果存入磁盘,并进行刺激后频率系列密度分析,打印机输出实验结果,X—Y记录仪绘制频率点图以及十次反应的刺激后系列密度叠加柱状图(PSTH)。本文列举了部分实验结果。该系统稍加修改,便可满足不同实验的需要。
In this paper, the United States Cromemco System two microcomputer, established a neuronal discharge computer processing system. The system can be online (on Line Processing) or offline processing (Off-line Processing). Microelectrode-guided neuron discharge amplification, were lost to the oscilloscope, monitor, tape data recorder, and by our design made the interface circuit board to the micro-computer D + 7A input and output 8-bit parallel digital interface board, since Program cycle monitoring digital input port 3 (sampling period 0.1ms), each discharge time into memory, the completion of the scheduled sampling time, the program automatically screen shows the experimental results. After ten consecutive series of samples were taken, the original results were stored on disk and the frequency series density analysis was performed after stimulation. The experimental results of the printer output, the plot of X-Y recorder frequency and the series of stacked density histograms after ten reactions (PSTH). This article lists some of the experimental results. The system is slightly modified to meet the needs of different experiments.
