该文以天津地铁二号线津赤路站至李明庄站盾构终点左线区间为工程背景,就地面导线,工程控制测量,联系测量,盾构机始发测量,地下控制测量,盾构机ROBOTEC导向系统初始测量及姿态测量,衬砌环片测量等六个方面的施工测量技术进行了阐述。并指出在盾构施工中测量、监测技术是关键,采用的测量方法与手段、仪器以及观测者的水平直接关系到隧道贯通的精度,供同类工程参考。
In this paper, taking Tianjin Railway Station No. 2 from Chek Chi Station to Liming Zhuang Station as the background of the shield left-line project, the ground wire, engineering control measurement, contact measurement, shield machine starting measurement, underground control measurement, ROBOTEC guidance system for initial measurement and attitude measurement, lining ring measurement of six aspects of construction measurement techniques are described. It is pointed out that the measurement and monitoring technology is the key to shield construction. The measurement methods and instruments, the instruments and the level of observer are directly related to the tunnel penetration accuracy for the reference of similar projects.
