浙江省农业科学院原子能利用研究所是核技术在农业上应用的综合性研究所,其前身为浙江农学院同位素实验室,创建于1959年。1978年4月经省政府批准,扩建为原子能利用研究所,金孟加教授和陈子元教授为主要组建人。先后担任本所主要负责人的有王汀华、沈守江、陈秋方、胡培、杨荣新等同志,金子渔同志为现任所长,周其昌、骆荣挺两位同志为副所长。该所为国内成立最早的核技术农业应用科研单位之一,技术力量雄厚、设备先进、完善。全所共有职187名,其中具有高级职称的研究人员17名,中级23名。该所建有辐射实验楼、同位素示踪实验楼、辐射不育养虫实验楼和辐照厅,面积约5000m~2,
The Institute of Atomic Energy Utilization of Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences is a comprehensive institute for the application of nuclear technology in agriculture.
