曾经是浙江广厦建设集团副总经理的俞敏先生,年初被大连筑成建设集团“挖”来担任总经理。上任伊始,他从扭转观念入手,大刀阔斧革故鼎新,不到半年时间公司面貌焕然一新:内部管理效率提高,“走出去”取得零的突破。同时,俞敏的改革新政在大连建筑业界引起不小的震动,“鲶鱼效应”初显。应本刊邀请,俞敏先生专门撰文讲述管理一个成长型企业的体会。
Mr. Yu Min, once the deputy general manager of Zhejiang Guangsha Construction Group, was appointed as the General Manager by Dalian Construction & Construction Group at the beginning of this year.
