近两年来,我国炼铁生产技术有显著提高,但是与世界先进水平相比,还有不小差距。为了赶上先进水平,应加强原料中和混匀,采用高碱度烧结矿,搞好原料入炉前过筛。利用高炉大中修的机会,改进热风炉结构,采用高温内燃式或顶燃式,改善耐火砖的材质,提高煤气热值和预热助燃空气。用钟阀式或无料钟式代替马基式炉顶设备。发挥我国高炉喷煤粉的特点,增加喷吹量,改善喷吹操作,提高置换比,降低无烟煤灰分,推广喷吹煤的经验。
In the past two years, China’s ironmaking production technology has significantly improved, but compared with the advanced world level, there is not a small gap. In order to catch up with the advanced level, we should strengthen the raw materials and mix, using high alkalinity sinter, do a good job of screening raw materials into the furnace. Give full play to the characteristics of pulverized coal injection blast furnace, increase the amount of injection, improve the injection operation, improve the replacement ratio, reduce anthracite ash, the promotion of PCI coal experience.
