检测小鼠"内关"、"足三里"穴位注射胰岛素后5min、15min、30min时血清cAMP、cGMP水平变化。结果发现,"内关"穴注药后cAMP、CGMP水平明显下降,"足三里"穴注药后cAMP水平明显上升而cGMP水平明显下降;用微量元素Cr ̄(3+)、V ̄(5+)穴位预处理后10min再注胰岛素,则发现"内关"注药后cAMP呈明显上升,"足三里"穴位注药后cAMP明显下降,而cGMP仍呈明显下降。结合作者以前的研究提示,cAMP、cGMP部分参与了穴位注射胰岛素的信息传递,其变化的差异可能是穴位相对特异性的原因之一。
The levels of cAMP and cGMP in serum were detected at 5min, 15min and 30min after injection of insulin in “Zusanli” and “Zusanli” points. The results showed that the levels of cAMP and CGMP decreased significantly after injection of “Neiguan” point, the level of cAMP increased obviously and the level of cGMP decreased significantly after injection of “Zusanli” point. The trace elements Cr (3 +), V (5+) Acupuncture 10min after point injection of insulin, found that “Guan” after injection of cAMP was significantly increased, “Zusanli” point after injection of cAMP decreased significantly, while the cGMP still decreased significantly. In combination with the previous study, cAMP and cGMP are partially involved in the information transmission of insulin in point injection, and the difference may be one of the reasons for the relative specificity of acupoints.
