目的:研究军队医院战备抽组后从地方医院临床科室人员模块化补缺方案的可行性。方法:从地方7所医院临床科室抽调医师66名,其中主任医师、副主任医师16名,主治医师31名,住院医师19名,配备到抽组军队医院对应科室7天,接管相关科室工作。结果:内一、二科收治入院地方患者34例,军队患者10例;出院地方患者32例,军队患者8例。外科系统收治入院地方患者107例,军队患者13例;出院地方患者116例,军队患者8例。手术地方患者84例,军队患者11例。结论:军队医院战备抽组后地方临床科室人员补缺试运行情况良好,模块化补缺方案可行。
OBJECTIVE: To study the feasibility of modular replacement programs for staff in clinical departments of local hospitals after military hospital readjustment. Methods: 66 physicians were drawn from the clinical departments of 7 local hospitals, including 16 chief physicians and deputy chief physicians, 31 attending physicians and 19 resident doctors, and were assigned to the counterparts of the Pumped-up Army Hospital for 7 days to take over the work of relevant departments. Results: One or two subjects admitted to hospital 34 cases of local patients, army patients in 10 cases; discharge of local patients in 32 cases, 8 cases of military patients. Surgical system admitted to hospital 107 cases of local patients, 13 cases of military patients; discharge of local patients in 116 cases, 8 cases of military patients. 84 cases of surgical patients, 11 cases of military patients. CONCLUSIONS: After the military hospital readjustment, local staff in clinical departments are filling up and running in good condition, and the modular replacement plan is feasible.
