红泥塑料膜是一种新型合成材料,除具有普通聚氯乙烯薄膜的性能外,还具有强度高、韧性好、耐低温、寿命长等优点。用它建造沼气池、造价低、经久耐用、密封性能好、产气率高。目前,生产的红泥塑料膜沼气池,池型分半塑式和全塑式两种。现将池型结构与建造技术简介如下: 一、半塑式沼气池 1.池型结构及特点半塑式沼气池上部为红泥塑料池罩,下部为混凝土结构的圆柱敞口池体。使用时,将池体内装满料液后,盖上红泥塑料池罩,把池罩的锁口绳扎紧在水封槽的子口内,将水封槽内灌满清水即能封气。换料时解开锁口绳,揭开池罩,便可出料、装料,操作十分方便。目前推广的半塑式沼气池多为圆柱形,池体内径分别为:φ2.0米、φ2.2米、φ2.4米三种,与之配套
