脑梗塞是老年人常见的疾病之一,常影响病人生活质量,甚至危及其生命,目前治疗方法很多,疗效各异,现将我科自2001年以来用晴尔(奥扎格雷钠)注射液治疗54例急性脑梗塞的体会介绍如下。
