目的:利用近红外光谱技术(NIRS)快速测定酒女贞子中女贞苷含量。方法:采用3个不同产地的黄酒对女贞子进行炮制,以HPLC测定样品中女贞苷的含量为参考,运用近红外光谱技术结合偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立酒女贞子中女贞苷含量的定量分析模型。结果:女贞苷的定量分析模型内部交叉验证决定系数(R2)为0.967 89,校正均方根偏差(RMSEC)为0.107,预测均方根偏差(RMSEP)为0.103,交互验证均方根偏差(RMSECV)为0.256 69,主因子数为8。结论:该方法简便快速,准确无损,所建模型能够对酒女贞子中女贞苷的含量进行快速测定。
Objective: To rapidly determine the content of virginia in Fructus Ligustri Lucidi by near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS). Methods: The Fructus Ligustri Lucidi was processed by using rice wine from three different producing areas. The content of the virginin in the sample was determined by HPLC as a reference. Near - infrared spectroscopy (PLS) was combined with partial least squares (PLS) Quantitative analysis model of glycoside content. Results: The internal cross-validation coefficient of determination (R2) was 0.967 89, the root mean square error of correction (RMSEC) was 0.107, the root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) was 0.103, the root mean square deviation RMSECV) is 0.256 69, with 8 major factors. Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate and non-destructive. The model can be used to determine the content of Ligustrum lucidum in Fructus Ligustri Lucidi.
