目的探讨术中冰冻切片病理诊断对卵巢肿瘤的诊断价值。方法分析263例卵巢肿瘤术中冰冻切片诊断与术后石蜡切片诊断符合情况。结果与石蜡切片对照,冰冻切片诊断总确诊率为95.06%,良性、交界性和恶性肿瘤的确诊率分别为97.15%、50.00%和89.80%,误诊率为4.94%。结论术中冰冻切片诊断确诊率高,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of intraoperative frozen section pathological diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods The diagnosis of frozen section in 263 cases of ovarian tumors and paraffin sections after operation were analyzed. Results Compared with paraffin sections, the diagnosis rate of frozen section was 95.06%. The positive rates of benign, borderline and malignant tumors were 97.15%, 50.00% and 89.80% respectively, and the misdiagnosis rate was 4.94%. Conclusion The diagnosis of intraoperative frozen section diagnosis is high, which has important clinical value.
