我院收治15例误食农药西力生浸泡过的湿谷而致中毒患者。经治疗痊愈14例,死亡1例,其中男9例,女6例。年龄最大72岁,最小7岁。起病时均感有头昏、头晕,四肢乏力,恶心呕吐,轻度腹膨胀,腹泻等症状。部份病人伴有胸闷气促,嗜睡,皮肤瘙痒,腓肠肌抽痛,有的出现膝反射亢进,手指震颤,步态不稳,肝脏肿大,口腔粘膜及齿龈发炎,尿潴留,精神错乱,心律失常——频发性室性早搏,呈二联律。症状出现最早是进食后16
