完善煤炭企业党建工作激励机制,对企业的长远发展不可或缺,不论是对党建工作制度的建立健全和创新完善,还是实现党建工作的规范化、科学化、制度化,意义重大。本文认为,将激励机制引入到党建工作,能够直观有效的提高党建工作质量,充分发挥党员模范带头作用,提升煤炭企业健康发展。
Improving the incentive mechanism for Party building in the coal industry is indispensable to the long-term development of the enterprise. It is of great significance to establish, improve, and perfect the party building system, or to standardize, scientifically and institutionalize the party building. This paper argues that the introduction of incentive mechanism into the party building work can be used to enhance the quality of the party building work intuitively and effectively, give full play to party members and take the lead in promoting the healthy development of coal enterprises.
