随着社会发展进步,市场对人才的需求越来越大,高职教育技术型人才培养需要探寻新的发展路径。建设保障技术型人才培养条件,是实现高职院校技术型人才培养的可持续发展战略。但从当前的发展形式来看,我国高职院校在技术型人才培养上还有待提高,尤其是技术型人才、高技能人才、高素质技术技能型人才是当前人才市场所缺少的,作为社会人才培养摇篮,高等职业教育应承担人才培养重任。
With the social development and progress, the demand for talents in the market is getting larger and larger. The cultivation of technical talents in higher vocational education needs to explore new development paths. The construction of the conditions for guaranteeing the cultivation of skilled personnel is a strategy of sustainable development that enables the cultivation of skilled personnel in higher vocational colleges. However, judging from the current form of development, there is still room for improvement in the cultivation of technical talents in higher vocational colleges in our country. In particular, there are still a few technical talents, highly skilled personnel and highly qualified technical professionals who are currently lacking in the talent market. As a society Talent training cradle, higher vocational education should assume the task of personnel training.
