浅谈我国产品制造方法专利适用的现状——从我国半导体产业的方法专利现状说起

在半导体领域中,产品制造方法专利在技术保护和鼓励创新方面应该起着极为重要的作用,但事实却并非如此。笔者分析了造成这种现状的原因并给出了可以改善的方向。
