党的十六届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》明确指出,要统筹协调各方面利益关系,妥善处理各种社会矛盾,并且把它作为加强和改进社会管理、维护和促进社会和谐稳定的一项重大任务旗帜鲜明地提了出来。这充分表明我们党对改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济条件下利益关系和社会矛盾的认识达到了一个新的高度。这也表明,提高党协调利益关系的能力,已成为实现构建社会主义和谐社会目标的关键因素之一。
The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues in Building a Socialist Harmonious Society” passed by the Sixth Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Party clearly states that it is necessary to make overall arrangements for coordinating the relations of interest among all parties and properly handle various social conflicts and regard it as a way of strengthening and improving A major task of social management, maintaining and promoting social harmony and stability has been clearly raised. This fully shows that our party has reached a new height in understanding the relations of interests and social conflicts under the conditions of reform and opening up and the development of a socialist market economy. It also shows that enhancing the ability of the party to coordinate interest relations has become one of the key factors in realizing the goal of building a harmonious socialist society.
