我科于 1 995年 1 0月～ 2 0 0 1年 4月在门诊采用硬膜外麻醉导管置管治疗耳廓假性囊肿 5 8例 ,均获满意效果 ,现报告如下。5 8例中 ,男 34例 ,女 2 4例 ;年龄 2 1～ 5 4岁 ,平均 34.4岁。左耳 2 7例 ,右耳 31例。在我科经穿刺抽吸确诊后在局麻下行耳廓假性囊肿置管术治疗。手
